Aleksei Archer is an accomplished and diverse American actress. Her hometown is New York. This was also the exact time that she began working as a waitress in An American Place. Guarnaschelli had her early culinary training by watching his mother modify cookbooks and try recipes. The first time she was exposed to cooking, she observed her mother testing recipes at home while editing cookbooks. Then she became head chef at Butter. Guarnaschelli was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2007. She fought Cat Cora at the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 and she won. In 2011, she participated as the season's third runner up in The Next Iron Chef, and has been a judge for the show ever since. Additionally, she participated in The Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast and lost. She became a sous-chef to Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian after the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef. She also hosted The Food Network program The Cooking Loft, alongside Alex Guarnaschelli. In this program, she taught a bunch of small students how to re-invent classic dishes.
